anika.app lets you make greeting cards and event invitations ("gatherings") using Anika's artwork, AI tools, voices, and music, and share them with people you choose. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use it.

The words you write, the names and details you add, and the things you create here remain yours. You give us permission to host, display, and deliver them — that's what makes cards, share links, invitations, RSVPs, and emails work. Anika's artwork remains hers; you may use it within the site's features, not resell it.

Only add other people's names and email addresses when you have a genuine reason to invite them. We use guest emails solely to deliver invitations, RSVPs, and host reminders for that gathering — never for marketing, and we don't sell them.

Don't use anika.app for anything abusive, harassing, unlawful, deceptive, or hateful, and don't use it to spam people. We may remove any card, gathering, or other content — and refuse service — at any time, without notice, if we believe it breaks these rules or harms the service or other people.

Shared cards stay live for 90 days; gatherings (invitation links, RSVPs, control rooms) stay live for 180 days from creation. After that, links stop working and content may be deleted. Download anything you want to keep.

There are no passwords or accounts (yet). Your card links and your gathering's control-room link are unguessable, but anyone you give them to can use them. Keep your host link — and your PIN, if you set one — to yourself.

anika.app is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or that AI output, emails, or reminders will be error-free or delivered. It's a small, kind thing; treat it accordingly.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, anika.app and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including lost data, missed events, or misdelivered invitations — arising from your use of the site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us to use the service (currently: nothing).

We may update these terms as the site grows; the effective date above will change when we do. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
